We had an excellence finish with our teaching on virtue. In this nation that is more moved by vices than virtue we must look to Virtue Himself Jesus Christ for the answers to our questions. He is the Way and there is no other.
We must take on His attributes so that we become more obedient to our Fathers desires for our life.
Phillipians 4:8
“Whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy — meditate on these things.”
VIRTUE, in a word, is the character of Jesus Christ.
It is the power of moral excellence which produces a character so great, a conduct so becoming, and a conversation so compelling – that the world is never the same for having seen it, for having experienced it, and for having heard it.
Now it’s time for us to take over.
For now, you yourself have become an extension of God’s character in our own sphere of influence, so start influencing.
Imagine the impact upon this planet when the one Jesus of Nazareth becomes increasingly multiplied over and over in the millions of His followers all around the world.
This comes about as you take on the identical mannerisms of Christ and you begin to share them with others.
